Playtime New York Closes Successful 10th Anniversary Edition
Playtime also shared some constructive propositions, in this case on Monday, March 2 in collaboration with its partner, Earnshaw's, during a conference organized around the theme of 'The emergence of a new generation of ultra-connected consumers.' This is a strong trend running through society that can even be seen in the way professionals are adopting new work methods. Playologie, the online trade fair created by the organizers of Playtime, was there to present its services and help professionals integrate the sector's latest changes.

Playtime New York will spotlight 90 creative brands at its fifth edition
The stunning venue, 82 Mercer, reflects both a creative and commercial style, in one of New York's trendiest neighborhoods. The show provides an easy-to- navigate layout and an open booth design, which affords exhibitors the opportunity to customize their area.
As a special convenience for professional visitors, the show will also operate a complimentary shuttle service between 82 Mercer and The Show Piers.
Exhibiting this season for the first time, many brands are looking forward to expand business at the American market: Pazitos, HBB, Grow studios, Hazel Village Toys, Bouton, Mirasa design (USA), The Brand (Sweden), Chat mechant (Belgium)… and many others join Playtime New York!
In addition, many important brands are returning to the show this season, between them: Lucky Wang, Mini & Maximus, Noch, Neve/Hawk, Atsuyo et Akiko (USA), 10is, Pom d'api, Le vestiaire de Jeanne (France), Bobo Choses, Yporqué (Spain), Noé & Zoë, Tannhaüser (Germany)…
For this next edition in August, Playtime New York is about to grow with more brands exhibiting, always with the same demand and desire to enable its visitors to experience a quality offer in an exceptional environment. Since its creation in 2007, every year Playtime selects a new artist to illustrate its trade fairs in Paris, New York and Tokyo. This year we are pleased to be working with talented American illustrator Patrick Hruby, who will take us on a journey through his colorful, geometric universe!

3 Questions For The President Of Playtime New York
Playtime New York is a new trade show, making its first appearance in the states at the end of July (July 31-August 2). Based on successful shows in Paris and Tokyo, the New York edition will feature apparel, toy and gift manufacturers at 82 Mercer Street.
Baby & Kids recently asked Sebastien de Hutten, president, Playtime, about company’s new trade show.
BK: Why you decided to start a show in New York City?
SH: Playtime is a serious yet whimsical show. We wanted to offer all our exhibitors (in all Playtime shows) the world’s best visibility a trade show could give them. Being global - Europe, Asia and America - gives us the possibility to reach more buyers than any other show.
BK: What can we expect during the show? Will there be fashion shows, speakers or special events?
SH: We will have a trend space featuring items from our exhibitors and fun special exhibits as well. And the venue is fabulous.
BK: What will Playtime New York offer retailers that they won’t find anywhere else?
SH: A unique and global selection. Inspiration. Fresh Air. Personality. A warm atmosphere yet highly professional. A show they will take pleasure in visiting one season after the other.
